Mary M. Cushnie-Mansour was born in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. She now resides in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
Love for the written word began at a very early age for Mary. Daydreamer was the description her teachers would write on her report cards – little did they know that the seeds of great writings to come were germinating in the caverns of Mary’s mind and that her ultimate goal in life was to become a great Canadian author!
Mary has published poetry anthologies and short story collections. She also writes children’s picture books, YA novels, plays, and songs. Her adult novels include the award winning "Night's Vampire Series," and the "Detective Toby Mysteries," plus several other stand alones.
Currently, Mary is in her second year of studying script writing through the Toronto Film School.
Regina Jetleb hails from Toronto but has now made her home in beautiful Brantford, Ontario.
Regina's passion, as a young child, was sitting in trees and losing herself in a world of written words that took her into new realms. Her dream was to one day write stories for others to live in. Regina's dream started to come alive when she met Mary, who encouraged her to publish her story, "What About Hailey," the first book in the "What About" series.
Regina has worked with children for over 30 years and is passionate about many issues some children and youth face today. Her stories are indicative of what Regina has observed in the world around her. She has authored the “What About Series” and the “Mall Girl Series”, plus delightful children’s picture books, inspired by her work with young children in daycare settings.
